We can provide you with recommendations to other professionals that may be involved in the home inspection process such as termite inspectors. Please be advised that some home inspectors in New Jersey do test for termites, however, if a problem is found only a Licensed Exterminator can apply the chemicals necessary to alleviate the problem. Similar issues also arise with mold inspections, radon testing and oil testing. Pricing structures whether combined with home inspection services or individually contracted are competitive...so why not use professionals in their chosen field?

Condominium Inspections
Condominiums are unique in the fact that the common areas (exteriors) are the sole responsibility of the condo association. Therefore, our inspections are typically confined to the units interior. Includes (interior) plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical.

Your Custom Home Inspection Report will be professionally prepared following the inspection. An electronic detailed report will be made available within twenty-four hours documenting our findings.
Please don't be fooled by inspection companies who prepare their reports on-site. This is for the inspectors convenience, or required by the franchise! We typically spend three hours on average writing our custom reports...on our time, not yours!
In our opinion no two homes are the same. We may need to consult with other building professionals with specific knowlege in their area of expertise. We may spend a half-hour verifying the serial numbers on your furnace to determine its age. Occasionally we may even post photos on well respected inspection forums to hear what other inspection professionals from across the country have to say. Can other inspectors do all of this on-site, from their truck?
